This Sunset That Looks Like Dragon's Fire
Talk about being in the right place at the right time. Of course, sunsets are always beautiful, but there's something all the more remarkable about them when they perfectly align with their surroundings - as pictured here! Look at the head of the dragon on top of this building and then the spurt of orange sunset directly adjacent to it. It really looks like the dragon is breathing fire! How cool is that?
Apparently, you can find this unique temple about an hour outside Bangkok, Thailand. Perhaps if you wait long enough, you'll even see this perfect alignment for yourself? Who knows, perhaps this was a one-off?
Organized Cables
Urgh. There is literally nothing worse than masses of cables everywhere. Not only do messy wires look ugly, but they get tangled, often making it very difficult to locate the wire you actually need. We have all been there, and it is incredibly frustrating, right? That's why our hearts jump with joy when we see a picture like this. Just look at how beautifully tidy these different color cables are!
Of course, this looks like a professional job. Perhaps a server room? (Don't ask us, we're not techy!). But we're sure that whoever has to access and maintain this hardware will be grateful for the tidiness of these cables.
The London Eye Lined up With This Window
If you had to look up the phrase 'perfect fit' in the dictionary, this photo should be next to the expression. Just look at how the window flawlessly frames the London Eye. So much so that it seems a bit like a clock! Rest assured; this image isn't photoshopped! Apparently, the original poster took this snap while they were on a boat on the River Thames. That's pretty neat, right?
We think the sunny weather helps set the scene for this perfect fit; we're not sure if it would appear so letter-perfect if it were raining, which, let's face it, is quite common in London!
When Your Jacket Matches the Rainbow
We love this photo for two reasons. Firstly, seeing a rainbow that is so prominent while out and about is pretty rare. But what's even more irregular is going out for a hike and wearing a jacket with a rainbow stripe, allowing you to align yourself perfectly with said rainbow. Talk about perfect timing! For those of you that are interested, apparently, this photo was taken in Pleasanton Ridge, Ca.
What are the odds of this? From what we can tell, this seems like a popular hiking spot. So, if you want to recreate this image, why not wear a similar jacket...just in case the opportunity for this shot arises?
The Way the Light Hits This Painting
Pictured here is a print of a beautiful painting by Edward Hopper named Nighthawks. Here the original poster has perfectly hung this painting so that when the light hits it, it illuminates the people illustrated around the table. It's so pleasing to the eye! It almost breathes life into the figures in the painting. We can't help but wonder, if these were real people, what would they be talking about?
The rectangular stream of light hitting the painting frames the action beautifully. But we just hope that over time that the light exposure won't cause the image to fade. That would be such a shame!
Real World Tetris
This is the closest thing we've ever seen to Tetris in the real world. Have you ever seen so many random day-to-day objects positioned to fit so seamlessly? The original poster said that ‘loading like this takes skill, vision, and teamwork in the moving world. Mad respect to those that take pride in their work - and we couldn't agree more. It's incredibly satisfying to look at. It must have taken tons of time!
Not only have these movers ensured plenty of space to add more items into the truck, but they fit so snuggly together that the chances of anything breaking is pretty slim!
This Shadow That Perfectly Fits the Walkway
Have you ever seen a shadow that so perfectly fits a space? No, neither had we until we came across this photo. Just look at how the shadows of this walkway's fences perfectly align with the path. It almost seems as though the criss-cross pattern has been painted onto the pathway. So you would be forgiven for thinking that this was some sort of Great Gatsby-themed art deco tile mosaic!
We also can't help but wonder how long this perfect alignment lasts. I.e., how long is it before the shadows move and throw the pattern off-center? Do you have to be here at an exact time to see this phenomenon?
The Perfectly Wrapped Gift
Have you ever seen a gift wrapped as perfectly as this? We certainly haven't! It's as seamless as matching wallpaper. If we received such a present, we would be reluctant to tear the paper and ruin this masterpiece. We also love that this original poster's 'popop' looks so satisfied with his work - and so he should be! Whenever we attempt to wrap a present, it's a lot messier than this!
What is the secret to achieving this? We would love to know! Is it difficult? Is there a tried and tested method? Or was this work of art a fluke? Either way, it's a ten out of ten from us!
When Your Shoes Match the Escalator Steps
When your shoes match the pattern of the escalatorr near-on perfectly...awkward! What are the chances of this happening? This original poster must have had a bit of a shock when they looked down! On a separate note, we have to ask, have you ever seen something that makes your eyes hurt? Well, for us, this image certainly falls into that category. Needless to say, we'd also be worried about falling flat on our faces while attempting to climb this escalator!
After all, without the white-rimmed soles outlining these shoes, they would almost look invisible! They nearly seamlessly camouflage themselves into the elevator step. Trippy, right? We think it took a lot of concentration to get off at the top without tripping!
This Jigsaw Puzzle That Seamlessly Fits the Table
Oh wow! This dining table looks as though it's been custom-made to fit this whopping 5,000-piece jigsaw puzzle. As you can see, the completed jigsaw puzzle perfectly lays corner to corner and edge to edge on the original poster's table. It almost looks like they've framed the puzzle (that's what we first thought when we saw this picture!). But, no, it's just the workspace beneath it. Pretty satisfying, right?
With a fit this seamless, it seems a shame to break up the jigsaw. Is there any way they can cover the puzzle with resin or lacquer? It would make a beautiful and unique-looking piece of furniture!
Perfect Parking
Eeeeeeek! This is certainly what you call a close fit. Of course, we can't speak for everyone, but we think most of us (if we're honest) have had near misses when parking our cars. Whether that's nearly bumping another car, accidentally reversing into a curb, etc., it's easy to misjudge the size of your car. But, here, that's not so. We're not sure whether this feat of parking is sheer luck...
Or if this driver knew exactly what they were doing. Either way, how the front of this silver car almost slots into the back of the red van has us spellbound!
The Way the Shadows From These Blinds Slot Under the Handrail
You would be forgiven for thinking that the lines beneath the handrail pictured here were painted onto the wall. But, no, that's not the case. Instead, it's just the shadows cast by the blinds. Can you see them? They're hung on the small landing at the top of the stairs. However, we suspect these lines don't always slot in as seamlessly beneath the handrail. Surely these lines must move depending on the time of day?
Would the time of year also make a difference? Even so, we have to admit that this snap is pretty cool! The pattern on the wall is beautiful and incredibly satisfying.
The Way This Shadow Perfectly Misses This Car
Have you ever seen an image that better encapsulates the phrase 'picture perfect timing'? The way this huge shadow manages to miss out on this car is incredible! It perfectly highlights the vehicle so that it looks as though it's been chosen for some divine task! But, as cool as this image is, we can't help but think about how hot this car would be! What rotten luck for the driver.
According to some of the comments on the original post, it seems this photo was taken in Kuwait, and given this country's hot climate, we can only imagine how toasty the car would be! Ouch!
The Way These Packages Fit the Drawer
Oh boy! Could you imagine the feeling of satisfaction upon entering your hotel room and opening this drawer? Wow! We're not sure whether these boxes were specifically tailored to meet the area of the drawer or if this was a happy accident. Either way, this Tetris-style arrangement has ensured all these boxes fit perfectly. As you can see, there are two dental kits, a vanity kit, a sewing kit, a shaving kit - there list goes on!
Then there's a shower cap, a sanitary bag, nail care, and a comb. With careful organization, the hotel staff has managed to get a heck of a lot in this drawer!
This Woman Who Perfectly Fits This Nook
If you are claustrophobic, look away now! Pictured here is the original poster's friend. As you can see, they're curled up in the fetal position inside an oval nook within a rock wall. She almost looks as though she's a baby chick inside the shell of an egg! We just hope she can get out of that alcove okay! There's something eerie about this photo that makes us feel a tad uncomfortable.
But we can't put our finger on it! Perhaps it's the moody lighting? Maybe it's the lack of space for the woman to move? Perhaps it's the glazed facial expression? Who knows?
The Broom That Fits Perfectly Into the Place You're Sweeping
There is nothing worse than having a broom head that is too big for the place you are trying to sweep. All that happens is you relentlessly bang the walls on either side of the floor you are trying to clean. Frustrating, right? However, in this picture, this broom could not fit the crevice the original poster is trying to clean any better - and it is incredibly pleasing to see.
We love how excited the dog in the corner of this picture looks. It appears like he is just as enthusiastic as us about the perfect fit of this broom!
This Spatula and Burger Combo
Okay, we're not sure we can call this image satisfying. Instead, we have to admit this one sits on the creepier side of the scale. We're trying not to look at this bizarre spatula and burger patty combo for too long for fear of it haunting us in our sleep. From what we can tell, the original poster has cut out a couple of holes for eyes and a smiley mouth in the burger patty.
They've then used their spatula, which incidentally also has a face on it, and matched up the eye holes in the patty with the eyes on the spatula...the result? Haunting.
The Sarcophagus That Perfectly Fit This Mans Alcove
Some people have an eye for the perfect fit. You know, the creative types that can just walk into a room and instantly say, 'That would look great here.' That's how we imagine this guy to be. Apparently, the man pictured here came across this sarcophagus on a local yard sale group. Then, when he came to pick it up, he didn't bother measuring it. Instead, he levied it into the back of his truck and took it home.
Fast forward to later on, and as you can see, the sarcophagus perfectly fits the alcove in his home. It literally looks like this statue was made to measure!
The Perfectly Stacked Shelf
Have you ever walked into your local superstore and seen shelves stacked as full to the brim as these? We certainly haven't! The shop floor workers must be working overtime - what an incredible job! These racks have been stacked so neatly and compactly that there doesn't look like there's a millimeter of space. So although this is highly pleasing to the eye, how would you take something off the shelf?
We can only imagine that one false move and the rest of the stock on the shelf would come tumbling down! Or perhaps what we're looking at is one of those emergency bunkers? Thoughts?
These Lenses That Sit Perfectly Inside This Snorkel Mask
If you're a glasses wearer, you might know the struggle that comes with donning eyewear that doesn't contain your prescription lenses. This is all the more of a problem if you don't wear contact lenses. Everything is blurry, and that all-too-familiar headache ensues. Urgh. Well, as we can see, this original poster had a pair of prescription lenses to hand, and they fit faultlessly in this snorkel mask. How cool!
Not only is this immensely satisfying, but we're pleased to hear that the original poster got to see the fishes properly while saving themselves a ton of cash by not having to pay for a special mask.
These Wedding Rings
This might be the sweetest 'perfect fit' photo in this article. At first glance, you might think you're looking at one ring—a ring with one layer of silver and another with gold. But no, this is a picture of a wife’s wedding ring inside of her husband's. Let's hope that, like their wedding rings, they are as perfect a fit for one another (we make no apology for that cringe joke!).
Perhaps this is a sign that this couple is meant to be? Of course, we know that isn't how matters of the heart are sealed, but it's a nice thought nonetheless!
The Way the Water Hits the Plug Hole
The way the water from the faucet is spurting directly down into this plug hole, it looks like the water is nearly solid. If you look carefully, it seems the water comes out of the tap almost in a block and then splits out at the bottom into separate streams. These smaller streamlets perfectly fit the holes in the plug. We've read some of the comments on the original post.
It appears that many people think that this image is photoshopped. But even if that is the case, there is still something oddly gratifying about this photo! It's like witchcraft is at work!
This Artistic Project
Wow! What a masterpiece. Pictured here is some COVID art that the original poster made. We all had lots of spare time during lockdown to pursue more artistic projects, and this is a great example! We love how all the toy trucks, planes, cars, etc., are not only organized into color gradients, but they're also painstakingly arranged to neatly sit together to form a circle shape. It is so cool!
Wouldn't it be cool if the artist in question could mount this masterpiece onto some plyboard or something and hang it up somewhere? This work deserves to be saved and admired!
The Way This Wrapping Paper Has Been Folded
'Phahahah!' This was our exact reaction when we saw this image. Contrary to what you might be thinking, this is not (intentionally) naughty wrapping paper. It is actually a 'Let It Snow' themed festive wrapping. However, where the original poster has wrapped this gift, it now, as you can see, reads something else! Talk about the perfect fit! Not only has this gift giver managed to spell 'tits' once...but twice!
Let's just hope that the recipient of this gift has a good sense of humor! We love that the original poster hasn't even tried to cover up the letters with the bow; what a joker!
When Laundry Blends Into the Washer
No, you are not just looking at a regular washing machine. Take a closer look. Can you see it? What if you peek toward the top of the washing machine's barrel? Bingo! As you can see, the original poster's rug has managed to stick itself to the top of the drum. The color and shape of this rug almost seamlessly blend into its surroundings, making it very difficult to notice!
We don't know about you, but for a second, upon opening the washer door, we would have been worried that our rug had been swallowed into the abyss. But, thankfully, that wasn't the case!
When Your Storage Box Perfectly Fits Your Garden Cushions
Amazingly this storage box wasn't purpose-built for these cushions. Instead, this original poster bought this storage box on a whim. So naturally, they assumed it would be 'more than big enough,' but apparently, this is every cushion! As you can see, all of these garden cushions are stacked edge to edge and corner to corner, so much so that this storage box now looks as though it is full to burst!
We checked the original post's comments, and in case you were wondering, the lid does indeed close tight. Let's hope the original poster had nothing else they wanted to fit in this box!
The Way This Sunset Slots Into the Road
Not only is this an incredibly satisfying 'perfect fit' photo, but it might be the prettiest of all the images here. As you can see, the original poster was clearly in the right place at the right time at their regular summer camping spot. They managed to witness the sunset at the point where it fitted flawlessly with the road, so much so that it looked like on an oncoming train!
Some commenters on the original post said that the light reminded them of a laser beam or a torch pointing down toward the road. We would love to know where this gorgeous place is!
The Perfect Shaped Mop
Oh wow! Could you imagine how satisfied the original poster must have been? There must be something immensely pleasing about going out and purchasing a broom and then coming home to realize that the head perfectly matches the weird angles of this wall. This must make cleaning this part of their home so much easier! It is such a crisp fit, that it actually brings a smile to our faces.
We have to ask, though, why does this slight stretch of wall have so many dimensions? Also, what prompted the broom manufacturer to create an arrow-shaped head? All in all, it's one of the unlikeliest of fits!
This Van's Vinyl Perfectly Aligned With This Window
This is absolutely terrifying! Picture this: You go downstairs in the morning to make your first cup of java of the day. You enter your kitchen and look out of the window, and BAM! You're faced with an unexpected picture of a sleeping baby. Now, although this infant is undoubtedly adorable, in this context it's startling- to say the least! So, you might be relieved to hear that there's a plausible explanation.
A van had pulled up next door, and while parked, its vinyl perfectly aligned with the original poster's window! Phew, what a relief to the original poster that they weren't hallucinating!
An Eggcellent Fit
We don't know about you, but we think there's only one way to describe how these eggs fit together: eggcellent (and no, we won't apologize for the awful pun!). Why do these fried eggs remind us of the yin and yang symbol? They complete each other perfectly in the pan, making for a balanced meal (get it?) We want to say that's the last pun you'll read today, but we can't make any promises.
We wonder how common this is. We've never had the privilege of our eggs looking like this. This has surely got to be a sign that you'll have a good day!
The Way This Bath Mat Fits These Bathroom Tiles
If immaculate fits are your thing, the way this bath mat sits faultlessly within the grout of exactly six bathroom tiles in a flawless rectangle might be the kind of perfection you're striving for! We know we certainly are! Apparently, this is an IKEA bath mat, so if you like what you see, that's where to head!
Lining up your bath mat like this is all well and good, but what are the chances of someone else in your household messing up this perfection? We reckon the odds are pretty high!
Half Shadow and Half Sun
Oh wow! That is what we said when we first saw this snap. It almost looks like an optical illusion. What we are looking at here is a perfectly straight shadow that falls exactly down the midline of this path. But, unfortunately, we can't imagine this would be the 'perfect fit' for too long. Eventually, the sun's position will differ, and so with it, the way the shadow is cast.
The stark difference between the sidewalk in the sun and the other half in the shadow is made all the more apparent by the man that's got one foot in either camp!
How the Pictures on These Cartons Align
We couldn't help but giggle when we saw this fabulous combination. Apparently, the original poster found these cartons stacked perfectly next to each other in their local superstore. As you can see, on the carton on the left, there is a picture of a cow. The bottom of the cow's neck perfectly fits the almond pictured on the carton next to it. The result? A weird cow/almond hybrid. It's brilliant!
We really hope that whoever stacked these shelves did this on purpose for a laugh. If they did, we salute you because you've certainly made us smile and no doubt others!
The Way This Fish Sits in This Child's Ear (gross)
Our initial reaction to this is, 'Ewwwwww!' This makes us feel a little ill. But, unfortunately, kids have a funny (albeit gross) way of getting stuff stuck in their noses and ears - and this is a real-life example. Here this little guy has got a tiny fish-shaped cracker or piece of cereal (we're unsure what it actually is) stuck in their ear. The fit is so perfect that it looks like a child-size airpod.
This photo makes us uncomfortable and a little concerned about how they'll retrieve this fish from the child's ear without pushing it in! Perhaps a trip to the doctor is in order?
This Soda Can Inside This Railing
Oh boy! The way this soda can slots into this railing so perfectly made us first think this was some sort of unique example of modern art. But, no; apparently, someone has just stuffed their litter into the railing. However, while most litter looks like trash, this actually looks pretty neat! Just keep your fingers away from the can's sharp edges - that's a mistake you don't want to make. Ouch!
If you take a close look at the can's lid, it appears as if it's smiling, which is kinda cute. It's almost like it's happy to be nestled in the railing!
This Commentators Wrist Completes Dustin Johnson’s Head
This is absolutely hysterical! Talk about perfect timing. Pictured here is a commentator. At first glance, there is nothing out of the ordinary about this photograph. But take a closer look at this commentator's left wrist. The skin on his wrist completes the top of Dustin Johnson’s head, and we can't help but laugh about it! It is the perfect mix of receding hairline and fine wrist hair that satisfies the look!
This original poster must have had a good eye to catch this perfect fit. We don't think we'd have noticed this humorous 'perfect fit' without it being pointed out to us!
The Way This Package Fits the Doorway
Have you ever had an online delivery left outside your door that fitted just as perfectly as this? Just look at how this delivery fits so snuggly within the door frame. It is not one big package, but actually, three parcels that have been stacked together! We love how the cats look a bit puzzled. It's almost like a mini baby gate to ensure the kitties can't escape the house.
But, back to the parcels in question. We reckon prying the out of the doorframe will be tricky. We just hope their contents aren't too badly damaged in the process!
How This Tree Touches the Ceiling
So many of us go out and buy a Christmas tree without measuring the height of our ceiling first. Usually, this works out well and we still have a fair amount of space left above the tree. However, in this instance, the top of the tree just about touches the ceiling! Although this is a pretty neat 'perfect fit', it's a shame that the original poster doesn't have space to put a star on top.
Some might argue that it isn't a perfect fit because you can't fit a topper on...not even a tiny one. But if you're not fussed about that, then it's a gorgeous tree!
This Meat Is the Exact Same Shape as the Bread
We're not sure what pleases us more. The fact the meat for this sandwich is the exact same shape as the bread it's sitting on, or the pun the original poster used to caption this picture. 'I wasn't bready for this one.' - We're unsure why, but this really cracked us up! But back to the perfect fit in question. Just look at how the edges of the meat align with the crust.
This is sheer perfection. So much so that it seems a shame to eat such a masterpiece. But never mind! At least we have this photo to remember it by.
The Fact This Truck Is Almost the Same Size as the Tunnel
Oh my goodness! There is something about the tiny space between this lorry and the tunnel's roof that makes us feel incredibly uneasy. When you think about it, it is pretty dangerous. If this lorry strikes some rogue debris in the road, it could hit the roof of the tunnel! Also, if you look ahead, the road has an incline. So how is the lorry going to cope with that?
All in all, we don't think we could call this 'perfect fit' satisfying to look at. Instead, it is more anxiety-inducing! It's the kind of thing you might see in an action movie!
